Mtech knives are knives that make slicing and chopping easier. They are designed for the average user of the kitchen and can be used both professionally and at home. These versatile tools are for use in everyday cooking needs like cutting up vegetables or meat filleting tasks. They are ideal for use in the microwave and over the stovetop, and can even be used to cut cheese. There are different series of these knives.
The first series includes our MTech-7 line of 3 knives that come with a 7" long blade. The other two mtech lines are our standard 6" and 8" long series. All blades have an aggressive, non-stick surface to help with getting into difficult vegetable shapes or removing meat from bones. Each knife is formed from high-quality, stainless steel for a sharp edge that is durable and easily maintainable. Here are the qualities of these knives:
1. High-Grade Stainless Steel
The blades of these knives are made of high-grade stainless steel, which is not only durable and long-lasting but also extremely flexible. It allows for precise cutting and slicing thanks to its sharpness and weight. The texture of the surface is smooth and provides a slip-resistant quality that makes it easy to work with.
The more you use this knife, the better it gets, as your knife will adjust to the way you work and provide better performance over time. In fact, if you prefer a sharper edge to your blade, simply sharpen it with a diamond or ceramic sharpener.
2. Arched Handle for Optimal Grip
These Mtech knives feature a curved and ergonomically designed handle that provides a solid grip every time. The sleek and slim design allows you to comfortably chop, slice, dice, mince, stir-fry, or parboil. The handle is also textured to make it slip-resistant. With these knives in your kitchen, you’ll be able to effortlessly complete your work without worrying about accidents or cuts.
3. Superior Quality at The Right Price
You want to be able to use a knife that works as hard as you do without draining your wallet. These knives combine superior quality with affordable prices that won’t break the bank. They are available in a range of styles and sizes, so you can find one that meets your needs.
4. Beautiful Aesthetic
Mtech knives come in beautiful designs that make them stand out from the crowd. Whether it’s the red handle of our basic chef knife or the sleek traditional look of our Santoku knife, these knives are a pleasure to look at as well as use. The intricate detailing of each knife also makes them suitable for presenting as gifts, whether it’s for your loved ones or business partners.
5. Sharpening is Now Easier than Ever
You no longer need to sacrifice quality with sharpening your Mtech knives. With each one of these knives, you are provided with a sharpening tool that also acts as a protective sleeve to store your blade when not in use. This protects you from accidental cuts and gives your knife a longer life.
6. Nylon Case Included
These Mtech knives are delivered to you in a nylon case, which acts as an effective storage tool for your knives. The case helps reduce the risk of damage and also looks sleek and stylish, so it’s easy to carry around with you wherever you go.
7. Versatile Application
Mtech knives are suitable for many purposes in the kitchen, including chopping, slicing, mincing, and dicing as well as parboiling or stir-frying different ingredients. They can also be used when cutting through hard vegetables or meats and even during skinning fish or cleaning squid.
Uses and Benefits of Mtech Knives:
Mtech has a very diverse knife range, and each comes with its own uses. Whether you're looking for a practical EDC, a large tactical blade, or just want to have the coolest knife in your collection, there's a mtech for you. This particular folder is very efficient for its size. It's also the most popular one in my collection. You can't go wrong with this knife by Mtech.
The handles of mtech folders are very unique and give a sort of rugged look to the knife. The G-10 scales have an injection molded texture to them which gives a great grip. It's not too grippy, but it's not too slippery either. I really like the unique handle texture on this particular model because it doesn't make handling the knife feel all that different from any other design, but it makes searching for a grip to keep your finger in while using it feel like you're gripping a piece of leather.
